"The Jackal" is on a killing spree, bodies are showing up all over the shores of Lake Michigan. Disgraced Detroit Detective James Harding (Jake Busey) takes on the case in hopes of redemption. Detective Harding questions a lone survivor of the latest attack, May Oster (Athena Lebessis), with the hopes that she can reveal the identity of this senseless killer. This proves difficult as May is suffering severe psychological trauma. May is under the care and influence of Dr. Ballard (Eric Roberts), psychiatrist/acclaimed author. Will May regain her sanity, restore her normal life and unravel the mystery of The Jackal? Or will the Jackal avoid capture and kill again?
